  • Do I have to commit long-term?
    No long-term commitment is required. Coaching is billed monthly, and you're free to cancel at any time. Your billing date is based on your start date. If you decide to cancel, please do so before your next billing date to avoid charges for the following month. Payments are non-refundable once billed, but you’ll continue to receive coaching through the remainder of your paid month. This gives you full flexibility while still respecting the time and planning that goes into your program. Disclaimer: Deleting the app does not cancel your membership. Cancel by going to the app and into the "Billing Info" section. For further clarity, contact your coach.
  • How long is the program?
    The program is month to month, but it’s built with a long-term plan in mind. Most athletes see the best results by training consistently over 3 to 6 months. That said, our programs are designed to keep athletes progressing all year, with a structure that spans 48 weeks of development, recovery, and peak performance phases. You’re not locked into a contract. The longer you stay consistent, the more results you’ll see, and the better the program works for your goals.
  • What equipment do I need?
    A basic gym setup is enough for most athletes. Here's what‘s recommended: Squat rack or leg press Dumbbells or adjustable weights Cable machine or resistance bands Space to sprint, jump, or do agility work If you're training at home or with limited equipment, program can be adjusted to match what you have. I’ve worked with everything from full gyms to garage setups.
  • How do I get started?
    Step one is booking a free strategy call. We’ll talk through your goals, current training, injury history, and timeline. Zero pressure or sales gimmicks. From there, if it’s a good fit, I’ll walk you through onboarding and your first week of training. You’ll have access to the coaching app, direct communication, and a clear plan from day one.
  • Do you work with youth athletes?
    Yes, I coach high school and college athletes as well. However, a parent or guardian must be present on all discovery and strategy calls before we begin. This ensures full clarity around expectations, safety, and support. It also helps us all stay on the same page.
