About Me

I wasn’t born explosive.


I was the small, slow, and weak athlete who always had to work twice as hard just to keep up. I ran a 5.3 forty, couldn’t bench 225, and couldn’t squat 315. No one would have picked me as the guy to make it. By the time I finally figured out how to train the right way, my playing career was already behind me. Worse, I was dealing with a painful hip impingement that limited everything from sprinting to jumping. I had learned the hard way what most athletes figure out too late — talent isn't enough, and hard work without the right plan leads nowhere.

That experience is exactly why I do what I do. I hold a master’s degree in Exercise Science and a bachelor’s in Dietetics. I’ve worked with hundreds of athletes across multiple sports and levels, from high school hopefuls to professionals. My mission is simple: help athletes unlock their speed, strength, and power before it's too late, using the system I wish I had when I was in their shoes.

I train the underrated, the overlooked, and the ones with something to prove. If that's you, you're in the right place.

My Philosophy

Chase competency, not complexity.
Athletes don’t need flashy drills or overbuilt programs. They need structure, buy-in, and a focus on what actually moves the needle. You’ll sprint fast to get fast. You’ll lift to become more forceful. You’ll jump, sprint, throw, rest, and lift. That’s the program.

My speed and power system is built on five principles:

  1. Max-effort sprinting

  2. Sprinting with variability

  3. Movement quality

  4. Strength and elasticity

  5. Correcting imbalances and protecting tendons

If you’re consistent, coachable, and committed, your game will change. Even in just one offseason.

I’ve coached hundreds of athletes across football, basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, and tennis. My ideal client:

  • Free agents trying to stay ready

  • College athletes fighting for a scholarship or starting spot

  • Anyone who feels overlooked but not outmatched
