Getting Started

The program is month to month, but it’s built with a long-term plan in mind. Most athletes see the best results by training consistently over 3 to 6 months.

That said, our programs are designed to keep athletes progressing all year, with a structure that spans 48 weeks of development, recovery, and peak performance phases.

You’re not locked into a contract. The longer you stay consistent, the more results you’ll see, and the better the program works for your goals.

No long-term commitment is required. Coaching is billed monthly, and you're free to cancel at any time.

Your billing date is based on your start date. If you decide to cancel, please do so before your next billing date to avoid charges for the following month.

Payments are non-refundable once billed, but you’ll continue to receive coaching through the remainder of your paid month.

This gives you full flexibility while still respecting the time and planning that goes into your program.

Disclaimer: Deleting the app does not cancel your membership. Cancel by going to the app and into the "Billing Info" section. For further clarity, contact your coach.
